Access to this Site does not require any registration. However the User may opt to register and use his registration in order to access more conveniently to the Site.

4. Provide Lara Beach Couture with your email address, postal address and / or other contact details, in a true and accurate manner. Please note that If you do not provide Lara Beach Couture with all the necessary information, Lara Beach Couture will not be able to proceed with your order;
5. Not place any false or fraudulent orders. If, rationally, Lara Beach Couture considers that an order of this nature has been placed, Lara Beach Couture will have authorisation to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.
6. Keeping and not disclosing your user code and access password to third parties; and
7. User guarantees that he is over 18 years old and has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. This Site is not intended for use by minors and It is not Lara Beach Couture intention or policy to sell products directly to minors.

Except as required under applicable law, neither the Content or Trademarks nor any portion of the Website may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent. PRODUCT FEATURES

The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours, textures, finishing and images of the products sold on the Site as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

Therefore, when placing your order on the Site, you must carefully check and analyse the characteristics and descriptions of the products in question.

For what concerns printed fabric products, the Client should keep in mind that the location on which the pattern fits will vary from product to product and may not exactly match what you saw on the Site, unless stated so in the product description.

PRODUCT PRICES

• All prices are quoted in EURO currency.
• The shipping costs are not included in the price of each product.
• Lara Beach Couture reserves the right to change the prices of products sold at any time without notice.
• Price changes will not affect orders for which Lara Beach Couture has already sent an order confirmation.
• Product descriptions are also subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Lara Beach Couture.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

• All product orders will be subject to availability:

The indication of stock availability, as well as the deadlines for delivery, are merely indicative and Lara Beach Couture can not guarantee that all featured products are available at the time you place your order. If the product you requested is no longer available, you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after your order. Lara Beach Couture may suggest changing that product for another item and ultimately proceed with the cancellation (total or partial) of the order, and repay the Client the amount corresponding to the price paid for the unavailable product(s). If the Client is not willing to change the product Lara Beach Couture will refund the amount paid within approximately thirty (30) days from the date of knowledge of that unavailability.

• We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

However, Lara Beach Couture takes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the content of the Site and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information provided on the Site. PURCHASE ORDER/ CONTRACT

When you place an order to purchase a product from Lara Beach Couture, we will send you an email confirming receipt and details of your order. Our acceptance of this offer to purchase will be at the time we dispatch that product to you and a confirming email in this regard is sent. The acceptance will be complete at this time. It is agreed at the time you place an order it is your intention to enter into a contract with Lara Beach Couture.

PAYMENT

You can pay for your purchases through these easy and simple ways:

• MULTIBANCO: using “Pagamento de Serviços” at any “Multibanco” ATM terminal or your Home Banking service (only available to customers of Portuguese banks)
• MB WAY: using “MB WAY” on your mobile phone (only available for customers of Portuguese banks with MB WAY app installed)
• PAYSHOP: on the “Payshop” agents network, CTT stores or post offices.
• PAYPAL
• CREDIT CARDS, VISA, VISAELECTRON, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD
• You must pay for the products before we dispatch them.
• You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
• The online payment process is made in total security through our partner Paypal or through Ifthenpay payment systems.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

We may offer coupon codes which may apply to any, or certain specified purchases or products in Lara Beach Couture website.

Each coupon code will be subject to specific terms & conditions specified at the time the coupon code is issued, namely the length of time to use the code.

• Coupon codes are not cumulative between them. You are only able to apply one coupon code per order.
• A coupon code can’t be applied to an order after that order has been placed.
• Certain product category exclusions may apply so we’ll let you know if you can’t use your coupon code on anything before you complete your purchase.
• If the coupon code has expired, you won’t be able use it.
• If a coupon code is offered and can’t run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of the coupon code, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the coupon code.
• Coupon codes or discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The discount code is only applied to the value of the goods, not to the shipping costs
• For promotion campaigns with specific conditions required, if customer returns all the products from the order, except the one with discount. Lara Beach Couture reserves the right not to refund the order until the product with discount is also returned.

SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All purchases made in our online store are subject to the Portuguese legislation. According to Law decree no. 24/2014, of February 14, the customer has 14 days in a row to exchange/return a product after receiving it in the chosen address. Ir order to be eligible for an exchange/refund it should meet the requirements in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Lara Beach Couture reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy

COMPLAINTS BOOK

We will work in good faith to resolve any issue you have with the us, if you bring that issue to the attention of our customer service department at customercare@larabeachcouture.com.
