We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, these delivery times are approximate as we cannot guarantee that there will not be occasional delivery delays. The delivery times are counted in business days from time of shipment.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS CONDITIONS

Lara Beach Couture wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should change your mind about your purchase, you are entitled to exchange/refund within 14 days (according to Law decree no. 24/2014, of February 14) after receiving it in the chosen address.

Ir order to be eligible for an exchange/refund it should meet the below requirements:

• The item must be delivered in its original condition (without having been used, washed, or have any odours) with the respective invoice, hangtags, sanitary protection in place and bag
• Garments that have been used, dirty/stained, washed or altered in any way will not be accepted. Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done
• Items must arrive at Lara Beach Couture premises within the established time frame of 14 days counting from the date you receive the order. Any returns that arrive after the 14 days are ineligible for return and will be reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our fulfilment centre. Please note, you will be liable for postage costs for us to return these item(s) to you.
• Product are non-discounted. Discounted items can be exchanged only and cannot be refunded.

Lara Beach Couture is not responsible for the misuse of its garments, nor for their incorrect washing of the same therefore, before any purchase, we suggest that you always check the use/ washing instructions and to consult the Size guide and Care instructions in order to make an informed purchase. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS PROCEDURE

If you wish to exchange/return an item please follow the following steps:

1. Send an email to info@larabeachcouture.com with the following information:
   • email subject: EXCHANGE or RETURN according to what you wish to do
   • Full Name
   • E-mail address you wish to be contacted at
   • Phone number
   • Address where you wish to receive your new article (shipping address)
   • Invoice date and number
   • Item name, colour and size of the product you intend to exchange or return.
   • Item name, colour and size of the product you intend to receive or indication of return if you wish
   • in case of Return please indicate the reason for return
2. After your e-mail is sent, Lara Beach Couture will confirm the availability and validate the exchange
3. If the selected item is already sold out at the time of the exchange, you can choose other items available for immediate purchase on our website or even pass the value to a Lara Beach Couture voucher credit valid for 1 year.
4. Items that are to be exchanged/returned must be sent together with the invoice to: Lara Beach Couture, Rua de Viseu 21B, 3800-279 Aveiro – Portugal. Lara Beach Couture suggests sending it by a carrier or shipping with registration.
5. As soon as the items are received and passes our quality control successfully, Lara Beach Couture will send our IBAN for payment of shipping costs and difference of values between articles (if the chosen model is more expensive than the previous one). On the other hand If you choose an item of a lower value, you will receive a voucher with store credit valid for 1 year.
6. In case of returns, and after the item passes our quality control successfully, Lara Beach Couture will process the return using the same method of payment. Returns will be made within 5-10 working days of receipt at our facility.

The shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the Customer. We suggest sending it by a carrier or registered mail.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND STORAGE OF PRODUCTS – CHANGES WITH USE

Lara Beach Couture has chosen the best Italian fabrics to ensure that its products can last for a while.

However, Lara Beach couture swimwear products are textiles and are used in water, fresh or salty sea water, have direct contact and friction with smooth and rough surfaces and are exposed to strong sunlight, so they will undergo changes in color, density and elasticity.

Therefore, to ensure greater durability of the products you purchase, you must use and preserve them in accordance with the Care instructions on the Site, which the User must read carefully and in full.
